    Gray or Grey??

    Is there a difference and does anyone have a trick to remember which one to use?

    This drives me nuts. I spell it Grey. At work it auto fills Gray. It’s BS. I don’t even think there is a rule. Its a totally lawless color system.

    In the USA it is Gray.. in other English speaking countries (think the UK) they use Grey.

    Gray is American English Grey is British English. A=American.

    The Websters dictionary shows “gray” as a color. It shows “grey” as an alternative spelling with identical usage.

    You can probably go to Canada if you don’t want to cross the pond. Pretty sure they spell it with the E there

    Strangely enough, it is always a greyhound, even in the US.

    Grammer always was a useless subject anyways! whistling It was kind of in the grey area in my focus on school. I don’t think much grammer made it past the gray matter in my brain. yay
