Matthew, I’m sorry I didn’t see your post earlier.

Go to the Ice Forum and repost it. That type of question gets lost in this area.

I would like to update the text in a posting that I made in the classified adds forum. How do I do that? I haven’t been able to find an edit button or option. Doesn’t mean it’s not there, just that I haven’t found it.

    Thanks!

Easiest way to do that is to mark the classified as sold and create a new post.

Since we haven’t had other complaints and I get audio, I’m thinking it’s on your end. I think I answered this question in an email a few months ago.

How do you tag something in your post? I’m trying to tag what species i’ll be targeting, do I need to put # in front and end with a comma?

Click on their profile and check their username. (It might be different then the displayed name, like yours)

Then put the @ in front of it.

Ok I was sleeping when I answered that one.

There’s a field for tagging in the original post, just use commas to seperate them. Marcum, Big Catfish, walleye, ect

I’ll need to look into this some tonight – the check boxes for unsubscribing did used to work at one time.

    Thanks for the heads up!

In the meantime a person could turn off your notifications until the thread settles down some. (In your profile)

I have a minn Kota 315d on board charger and bank three is showing check connection with a blinking red light. I have checked all connections and swapped it to another known good battery. It still says check connection. Any help with trouble shooting this will be appreciated so much !
    Thanks !

    Greg,

You’ll more than likely get better feedback if you start a new thread with subject line “MK 315 charger, need advise….”

This section is for questions related to how the site functions or for some, doesn’t function.

    Just a thought.

Any chance on getting a sub forum category dedicated to pontoons? Seems questions about pontoons come up frequently enough and there are plenty owners here. Myself included as I just became a new owner so I will be looking for advice on the care and feeding of a pontoon in the coming weeks.

There was an error being logged related to marking topics as read. I did make an adjustment to the code and it appears to be working correctly for me.

Is anyone else having this issue too?

Do all topics appear as unread? That’s an odd one.

No, sorry for the incomplete statement. Topics which I’ve read throughout the weekend or so far today remain “highlighted” in yellow indicating that there are unread posts. For example, I’ve read most of these highlighted threads since the most recent post in said thread, but they’re still showing as unread.

Posts seem to go back to un-read after 1-2 minutes. Regardless of new posts being added to a topic.
