Google photos some photos gone by, by

Lost my phone down the ice hole 4 month old s22. Replaced it and had the the old s10 to transfer old files. Oddly photos after August are gone. Anyway to get them back?
Some good catches from this year ice fishing gone and some work photos of projects I’ve done also gone. The work photos were of record to be certified with icpi.
The work photos can be worked out but the fishy photo be nice to have.

Try logging into your actual Google photos account and see if they were backed up there.

No luck there. Odd, my phones always have back up on.
Tried find my device but it don’t work for underwater. 8)
