Thank God for small miracles. Gonna keep some of the riff raff off my lakes for awhile. Good luck hunting, stay safe and most importantly stay in the woods.

I had the opportunity to sit with my cousin’s 11 year old for his second hunt ever. He put a great shot on a mature doe at 110 yards with a .270 at about 7:15am. We had her out of the woods and hanging on the cabin pole before 8:00am. I’d trade every deer I’ve ever harvested to see the look on one youngins face when they’re successful in the woods.

I may be biased, but I’d put my morning views from the stand up against anything.

Buckybadger, that sure looks like the Banfield area that I’ve hunted for many years. Would I be correct? Good luck !

Our land is just North of Alma, WI. That’s the tail end of Pool 4.

B-man is that some fresh snow you got there? Maybe you could send some of those big girls-does this direction? The size of does and fawns are running small around here! whistling

I filled a couple of our tags yesterday. Ended up seeing 15 for the day and shot a really nice doe and a little buck about an hour before dark. Nothing too exciting but some meat for the freezer toast

Been battling bronchitis and didn’t even go this morning…. surprised I even saw deer for how much hacking and coughing I was doing lol

Nice bucks Randy and B-Man! I got a glimpse of the buck around my place, he crossed my driveway yesterday afternoon. Man I wish I had a buck tag left for muzzle loader!
