Good Friday Report

First off, one would think the lord would smile on us good Catholics and bless us with great fishing on Good Friday. It took a bit of praying, but after awhile we got on the fish on P2.

Once we found fish the action was good. We picked up about 15 but no monsters. All fish were between 15-23”.

Jig and minnow or plastics on the edge of current was the key…..caught most of them vertical.

I assume this cold snap might slow things down again. Water was still really cold at 36 degrees. Flow is picking up but there wasn’t a ton of debris in the water.

Nicely done Matt. Looking at the forecast for the next week or so, I guess it’ll be a while til that water temp comes up.

Yea i smashed em last nite on pool 5 , think the full moon had a lot to do with it .

Nice Matt! I’m going to wait til it warms up again before shore fishing again out there. Found a couple new spots on my walk out to the confluence last weekend but a water temp a few degrees warmer would be nice.

Yep, we were up there for a bit. What boat were you in?

Looked like you guys caught about as many fish as I did rocks. Another great day from shore for me

When I was at hidden falls the other day I saw a white Lund anchored off the tip of the island. At dark a big (ranger?) with 2 guys pulled up near it. Was that you in the lund, Matt?

I was up there in my boat Friday for a bit. If it was Friday evening then it was me. There was another white Lund with 4 guys in it near there for a bit, too.
