Golf cart battery as boat starting/accessory battery

    I have a four bank inboard charger and rather then add a fifth battery for my depth finders and Megs 360 – could I use a 12 volt golf cart battery?

    Most golf cart batteries are 6 volt, some are 8 volt. I haven’t seen 12’s in a GC. They may exist though
