No Kool-Aid required. We beat Chicago and Green Bay with terrible draft choices. You better hope the Vikings can never draft or you will be back in the 70’s shooting your coaches dog.

At least you can admit your front office sucks at drafting. Not worried about the Vikings ever winning a SB. The last 2 times you made the playoffs the Vikings were 1 and done. That’s pretty awesome!!!! moon

I agree ST coach should be let go. I don’t understand returning kick offs??? Seems like 99% of the time you start inside the 30.
Packers have lots of needs. My #1 would be a lock down corner and see if they can get anything for JA.
Hafley’s defense is made for man coverage.

If the ball lands short of the goal line and isn’t returned, the Team gets the ball starting at the 20-yard line. That’s why if it’s going to be close, guys return it.

BP — while this is correct, the packers returned a LOT of kicks from 3-5 yards deep in the endzone this year. So either they had a horrible strategy, Nixon went rogue, or Nixon is incapable of judging where a ball is gonna land. In any of these scenarios it’s the responsibility of the ST coach to correct and it just never happened.

Now that Hafley is interviewing for the Jets HC job, if he gets it, does that automatically mean Saleh becomes the Packers next DC?

I would rather keep JH just knowing that saleh would be 1-2 years max before he’s gone for a HC gig. I’m surprised JH is getting looks but then again the jets are interviewing everyone. It would seem pretty rare for a first year coordinator in the NFL to get a HC job. When we hired him I had no idea who he was but I figured GB would have him for at least 3-4 years.
