    Have not tried it on “hard water” but is does fish well on the river below freezing temps. Its does not freeze up like 832 or power pro because it has less surface area – and its not a “braid”.

    One note is it does not knot very well…best knot I have found is the double uni to lure knot. Another comment is you may want to upsize your pound test as it is real thin stuff.
