    What a great read in the In_Fisherman magazine this issue. I learned that BIG Pike if the water gets too warm where they cannot find suitable temps they will lay dormant on the bottom until water temps cool enough for them to get back to feeding.

    They also enjoy spending time in the thermoclines waytogo

    There is also a spring in Lake Papin that holds pike (and other species) once the water heats up.
