Marcus wahl Posts: 74 April 14, 2018 at 1:33 pm #1767741 We’re north of St. Louis where the water is really murky and some tributaries and ponds are created from the Mississippi River floods/runoffs so Crappie tend to have a slightly fishier taste that other lakes/ponds with clear water.
