    Sorry Hoyt! Seems to work on my end. They were absolutely delicious! Fillets so big I had to cut them in half to fit into the fry basket!

    fish that fresh shouldn’t be fishy, have never had to use milk to rid the fish of being too fishy.

    We’re north of St. Louis where the water is really murky and some tributaries and ponds are created from the Mississippi River floods/runoffs so Crappie tend to have a slightly fishier taste that other lakes/ponds with clear water.

    OK makes sense. The crappie I typically eat are pulled from 30+ feet of Ice covered water waytogo
