Haha! Agreed, everyone I know in the business around the cities is booked solid. And if there is someone not currently booked there may be good reason….

Scott Berberich construction, Tom Helget Construction or Cordes construction. All great guys. I know they’re all pretty busy though.

FYI – The REAL good ones figure out a way to get it done!

Nick Stensland at Stensland construction (507)-254-2364 he is in Rochester and Does great work i used to work with him and have known him for a few yrs his attention to detail and work ethic are unreal give him a shout!

Home renovation! Looking to redesign a couple bathrooms and full kitchen demo and reno and egress window to name a few.

I wouldn’t recommend all at once unless you are planning on living elsewhere during the project.

Thanks for the help! Ill try some of the suggested. Yeah not planning to live in it while the rehab is taking place…the wife and two kids wouldn’t stand for it.
