gen 3 help

    hi just replaced my hds gen 2 non touch (which worked fine) with a gen 3 12, i reused the same lss2 transducer.
    the structure and sonar pages scroll really slow and studders takes a good 10 min to fill the screen which wont allow it to show full detail, anyone have any suggestions on how to fix it

    I would try a soft reset. Does the unit have the latest software updates? Start with those and if that doesn’t fix it I would give Lowrance Support a call. 1-800-628-4487

    I’ve actually had that same issue with my gen 2. I would agree with a reset. I’m not sure what was causing it but a reset seems to work.

    How is the soft reset done again? Not just a power cycle?

    Press and hold the pages button, Press the power button, release the Pages button when the map appears
