I dug a ham bone and some ham chunks out of the freezer this morning and then set some beans to soaking wile the bone/ham simmered in a pot of water. Carrots, celery, and the beans went into the bone broth with the ham and things are darned near table ready now. Then the gas war will start about 8 tonight. lol

I am considered a “professional” in natural gas. If your regulator doesn’t lock up, Your in grave danger of over pressurizing the outlet. That will cause your relief stacks to honk. Might get some inside, or outside odor calls this weekend? Your soup sounds good though.

    the soup sounds great Tom!
and while we are making fun of gas,,when Grandma would break wind Grandpa would beat the dog.
when a guest would break wind the dog would run out of the door howling its head off.
wont tell you what Grandma did to get the dog killed lol.
