    I think its your fuel lines google Drock small engines and call them up they will send you new lines for like 15 dollars takes about 5 min to install

    The white line looks like hard plastic to the top of the carb. It has a crack. There is no clamp holding it to the carb but appears to be a flexible rubber line clamped to the back of the white piece that is cracked.
