Geerdes Brandon, SD 57005Posts: 791 December 8, 2014 at 10:23 am #1481300 The white line looks like hard plastic to the top of the carb. It has a crack. There is no clamp holding it to the carb but appears to be a flexible rubber line clamped to the back of the white piece that is cracked.
