So I love my Garmin, but one thing is driving me nuts. When I have a combo screen of the lake map/sonar, I can’t zoom in/out on the map. When I hit the plus or minus button, the depth range changes on the sonar. Nothing happens with the map zoom. My fix is to exit out of combo view, go into nav only view, then zoom, then exit out and finally go back to combo view. Super annoying. Any one know a better way?

Hold the select button for a second and it will let you switch between windows.

Perfect! I knew it had to be something simple. Thanks!

If you haven’t seen it already, in the home menu you can configure the screen with several layouts with the sonar/nav charts of your choosing and even each window sizing, and the option of removing the number bar that take up the whole side. Thought I’d mention.

I had figured all the customization options. It is really awesome to get things just the way you want them.

How do you get rid of that number screen? I tried to make a custom screen with side view and down view and it keeps adding that stupid number screen on the right. I selected the 2 screen layout but it keeps adding the third screen.
