Got bids from 3 companies. Then got Menards flyer with 11% off plus thier top insulated door was on sale.
Did it myself for 25% less than lowest bid and used a better door in the process. Took a full day to install because I’ve never done one before, but instructions were good. Since I already had an opener hung, it was just a matter of hooking it up to new door.
Whatever you do, use the torsion spring with the easy wind feature.
Something to think about anyway. It’s not terribly hard to do, and if you’ve done one before and know the process, I’d bet you could beat my time by hours.
