FYI on Strike Master 40 volt lithium

    I just happen to be Eyeballin the goodies on the strikemaster web site and saw they have a “FREE” battery charger upgrade, it appears that the new one is smaller and is “fused”

    Its for a completely different auger. Its for the lithium lazer and not the 40 Volt Lithium. The Lithium Lazer came out years ago and they no longer manufacture them.

    Yep. That’s for the 50v Lithium Lazer, made from 2014-2016. I picked up one of these extra chargers just prior to selling mine in the fall to upgrade to the 40v. My 50v charger actually already had a fuse on it. I bought it in Dec 2016. Maybe only the earlier versions didn’t.

    There is only one 40V charger designed for the product.

    Sorry guys I just saw Free battery charger upgrade, I just assumed it was for the 40 volt rig, my bad.
