We fished Waubay this past weekend. This year the slot has been lowered to 14 inches, so it is real easy to get keeper fish. I heard stories of bigger fish being caught as well, but ours were all relatively small.
We also fished Bitter and got some bigger fish there, but fishing seemed pretty slow on Bitter (at least compared with Waubay.)
