Lake Vermilion Walleyes

    I am heading up to Lake Vermilion ( Frazer Bay) this weekend. Will be looking for some walleyes. Wondering if anyone out there has any info on the Vermilion walleye bite—location, depth, bait, technique?

    A guy at work was up there a couple weeks ago and didn’t find any eyes in the normal deep water he said. They found them all up shallow. So be sure and check the shallow water if you don’t find them deeper.

    Fectos always has some fish and is nearby(early until 9am and starting at 4pm). Also, any narrows can be decent.
