Iron range ice report

    We made it out safely today onto the ice and caught a bunch of small walleyes. Conditions on our lake are at about 3.5 inches of “decent to spotty” ice in my opinion. Fish were caught on live bait rigs. I’m hoping to scout more locations tomorrow so wish me good luck and safe returns!

    We found about two inches of ice a few feet from shore yesterday, we didn’t venture out any further, it looked like some of the bigger bays are starting to open back up, be careful out there.
