What week should we go?

    I have a prepaid 1 week stay at a resort on Vermilion that has to be used by the end of September. I have limited weeks that my group can go. We will be fishing Walleyes for the most part.Is Labor Day week generally a good week for fishing or not? My only other options would be to go in August. This will be my 1st time on the lake. I primarily fish Mille Lacs & Winnie. Thanks in advance for your opinions!

    If it were me I would go as late as possible. The fall bite up there can be outstanding
