Big fish as we all know can be elusive. I compare fishing for elite fish similiar to deer hunters looking to hunt a trophy caliber buck. They throw you curveballs that leave your knees buckled and back on the bench throwing helmets at times. Still their the sweet victory of success when you line up that that pattern and knock it out of the park continues to provide the challenge we enjoy on a yearly basis through our guide service. By NO MEANS are we always catching the big monster fish, but I assure you we are continuously trying to keep the pattern in line giving our customers optimum potential to lace up a tank!!
Congratualions to Dave Marquart (Skeeter Boat Center) on his first ICE walleye yesterday!! A mere 27 inch fish built like a WX2100 powered by a 300 Yami SHO!! 
Also Congrats to Terry on his beatiful fish!!

Funny story of the day!! My heater broke early in the day 
Later on in the afternoon I shacked up with Dave and Terry in the Big Otter Resort. I was wearing my Otter Sweatshirt with the words Tougher..Stronger..Smarter on it. Dave said well it looks like you’ve finally reached the “Smarter” portion of your sweatshirt!! Started fishing with no heater…….TOUGH…….Lasted through mid-day…..STRONG……Said HECK WITH THIS……SMART!!
