There are times during the lengthy open water season that as fisherman we simply speaking get “In the Groove”. Especially when this happens late in the season it is a VERY WELCOMED situation. Attempting to keep fellow Tank Pullers rods bent with “Big Girthy Gals” can present quite a day to day challenge. At times like we’ve experienced as of late you simply are afforded the luxury of DIALING IT UP!! We are flatout BEATING the Big fish, and opportunities like this are why the Daze Schedule continues to Rock through the 3rd weekend of October!! A huge Shout out to my customers Keith and Diane for their tremendous outing of Rainy Lake “PIG PULLING”. Another awesome day of fishing Rainy Lake yesterday with an incredible amount of Rainy Lake Fats.

I’d also like to take a brief moment while your sipping your morning Joe to once again thank Bob at BfishNtackle for producing the single most Deadly, Awesome, Incredible, outstanding jig available to anglers today. Day in and day out the versality of brilliantly designed H20 Precision jig whether your minnow slinging, plastic snapping, or lacing a crawler this jig is hands down one of my favorite secret weapons. I’ve said it a hundred times, but in case there is ANYONE that doesn’t have a box full of them or them tied up RIGHT NOW you simply have to try these jigs out. You will quickly fall in love with the longer shank, wide gap, and brilliant painting selections as the Rainy Lake Walleyes have. From Rainydaze Guide Service, and on the behalf of all the big fish our customers have landed this season………..

Heres a few more from yesterdays absolute Beatdown. All were effectively released to roam the Vastness of Rainy Lake after a quick grin for the IDO TEAM!!. Many 20-23’s (1) 24 (2) 25’s (2) 26’s and 1 (27). The 29-30 eluded our team yesterday, but hope they aren’t as lucky today!!

You have to be loving this stable, warm (relatively) weather! Hopefully it last another week+ to give me time to get my hinder back up there on the 13th. Of course once this stable pattern breaks… it won’t be pretty.

Thanks for the report Chris. Seeing those tankers put a spring in my step this AM.

Great to see those tankers! You do a nice job for your customers! It was nice meeting you and your dad on the IDO Houseboat trip.
