the lake access is open by woody’s!!!

i got a few freinds coming up to stay the weekend at woody’s again this weekend to fish the lake in a boat…woody had someone clear the ramp and its ice free…so i couldn’t help myself and left work early yesterday to check it out, and wow! we fished from 5 to 8 and it took us a while to find the fish…but in the last hour we found them stacked on a rock and it was hot and heavy for the last 45 minuites! dave from hardees put on a clinic but i managed a few also…lol! the best part is you have the whole west end of the lake to yourself…only saw 2 other boats and i think one was a canadian boat. im not a big fan of the bumber boat thing like in the river so it was fun to hammer the fish and have nobody in sight…just a little f.y.i. cause i think people take rainy LAKE of their radar this time of year…different year…different opportunites!!!
