What a tremendous ice fishing season!! So sorry to see it come to an end, but the back and knees are screaming for mercy!! Augers have worked up a lather, and the electronics are ready for some much deserved off-season shelf time. We ended the season with the same way we begain it….around 31 days straight on the sheet, so sorry we got a bit behind on pics….. For anyone who hasn’t received pictures of there trophy fish PLEASE PM me, and I’ll gladly get them emailed out asap as I’m OFFICIALLY on a fishing BREAK!! LOL!! Cannot say enough how much fun I had with our repeat customers, new customers and all my great buddies who shared another ice fishing season with us. The fishing queen and I feel extremely fortunate to enjoy a robust guide business with such passionate fisherman. So many big fish again this year, and so many memories we all will forever cherish. Who can forget 38 below zero after a New Years Eve celebration, or a state record Whitefish let go to apparently get BIGGER?? How about Jerry’s first fish in the first 5 minutes of his trip icing a 29 3/4 inch walleye……That didn’t feel very big!! As we quickly look to exchange ice gear, and prepare ourselves for open water adventures I encourage individuals and groups to attempt to pin down dates for next years Ice fishing adventures as we were sorry to have had to turn down so many groups this March. I am currently working on partnering up with a couple other licensed captains to help assist this coming fishing season. You can bet the team will be Fierce fisherman with serious passion. All others need not apply!!

Thanks for a wonderful ice fishing season, and look forward to getting the New Daze Fish Casket (2010 WX 2100 Skeeter Deep-V series) on the biggest and baddest during the 2010 open water season!! For all corporate groups or simply larger parties I continue to advise early bookings so we are able to ink Rainy Lakes greatest fishing guides for your trip. Many of us start to get prime dates cherry picked this time of year as we all are gearing up for the upcoming season!!

See you on the water!! We’ll be the boys with the net out!
