    Those fish are averaging 1 1/2 pounds, but 2 pound fish aren’t uncommon. Fish up to 3 pounds would be a possiblity, but a very rare trophy. My biggest last year was 2lbs 9 oz.. Almost makes a guy hault out the 10 inch auger for CRAPPIES. My buddy had a few turn sideways when trying to get them up the 8 inch hole, and that didn’t go so well. Wet sleeve………..No fish!!

    Now thats what I talking about I would be making a trip soon if I did not have to go lay on the beach for a week, but soon we will be back! Hey , fishing can even be good for work. My boss figured out I was having too much fun fishing and put me back on fulltime. Who knows after March is over maybe I will be on overtime . Take that for a stimulus plan.
