Well as predicted…..Cold summer/mild Fall. After a very cold October many of us figured we’d be walking out on the ice over the Turkey day holiday for some early hardwater shots. NOT!! Only recently have our back bays yielded thin sheets of ice even the animals are a bit skeptical to test out. Temps are finally dropping, and I’m hoping the Noreaster heading our way dumps the snow before any ice forms on the main lake. Then Lets hold those cool temps!! Looks like we’ll be focusing first ice walk outs around the 3rd week in December. Here is our up to date 10 day outlook!!

Aaaaah YES……SLUSH!! No doubt Slush is overrated!! Things are shaping up nicely boys. Just returned from a trip with the family to the land of Coconut drinks to find the Lake Locked up with little snow cover. Cold as heck too!! Now stay cold, and NO SNOW!! NICE!!!
