News Flash in the world of who has the “SWEETER SKEETER”……… You boys had better shine your rigs up!!

Dave, Dan and I at the SBC (Skeeter Boat Center)have been working hand in hand over the past month on putting together piece by piece the brand new 2010 WX2100 Walleye series (Full Windshield) boat to grace the pristine “Sky Blue Waters” of Rainy Lake this next open water season. This vessel would witness first hand the big fish beatdown in 2010 if this comes to fruition. Nobody has signed on the dotted line yet…… As I’m currently making sure it is even legal to have such an unfair advantage while fishing border water beasts, and Dave is likely deciding how much Glass business he wants to do with Crazy Rainy Lake Boys!! Either way we continue to strive to provide the best of the best for our customers. Only seems natural to work with the Skeeter boys!! If your gonna catch monster fish ya might as well be comfortable, and look good doing it!! If this deal comes to fruition my guide service will offer the latest and the greatest flat out DECKED OUT!! I swear after riding in these rigs the only thing that would make them more comfortable would be to have built in MASSAGE CHAIRS!! (Currently looking in to that by the way) Might have to wait in line overnight in tents to get your tickets for the ride!! Haven’t decided if there needs to be any height requirements for riders yet, or if I need to issue helmets. So as you can see there are I’s to be dotted and T’s to be crossed, but trust me we continue to strive to be the best of the best in every aspect of the biz If you want big fish…….WE WANT YOU!!

More details to come soon!! By the way…… never in my life of the purchase process have I been treated as though the sales team REALLY KNOWS, UNDERSTANDS, and FLAT OUT CARES that the unit purchased is matched up PERFECTLY to fit my needs. Make no mistake about it this is a big purchase for my family, and my guide service. After all I’m a full time fishing guide, and that is all I do. This rig will go to war with me on a daily basis, and DEAL with whatever Ma Nature deals hands out. I’m feeling in very very very good hands!!

No more IO ? Hmmmm, might be hard to decide on a new favorite fishing location with all the room of a 2100.You kind of looked funny sitting on that IO cover.

Rough water & staying dry will make ya wonder why you didnt do it sooner!

Well I tell ya what…..DEANO!! That has been a heck of a boat for me, but times change. LOL!! The movement towards Glass in the Walleye fishing world has been very noticeable unless your living in a bubble. Trust me up here on the border you need to poke your head outside the bubble every once in awhile to see whats going on in the rest of the world. Not so many years ago the Sparkly heat seeking Glass boats were for Bass boys only, and Walleye boys pounded away in the Recycled Aluminum Cans. In fact I used to make fun of those heat seeking boats (I can’t Lie). Up here on Rainy I LOVE FISHING SMALLIES, but also work Pike, Walleyes and Crappies….SOON MUSKIES….Whatever the Client wants to chase!! Now with some hull modifications these boats are leading the industry in comfort, ride,”Fishability”, and overall CLASS for even some of the old school WALLEYE BOYS ON BIG WATER!! In the world of fishing for a business or competitively most will agree every advantage possible is nice. If that means trying to offer a better ride, and experience for customers with the latest and greatest I’ll make every effort possible to make that happen.

We’re looking Yam 250 4 stroke and 9.9 4 Stroke Kicker at this point.

Oh by the way after Garver Joined the swatting team I figure I’m gonna be the odd man out pretty soon. Plus come next years Houseboat excursion I figure if I can get myself in a Skeeter I’ll BLEND well!! Wheres Daze fishing??? I don’t know there are Skeeter Swatters EVERYWHERE!!
