Keep in mind when fishing it is important to fish Water temps in my mind versus the Calendar months. As we enter the middle of September our wierd weather has had water temps escalating rapidly. Strange phenomenon, but likely won’t last too long.

Had a decent day boating pretty good number of big fish with a few eaters mixed in, but slow subtle jig drags were vital to our success in the flat calm sunscreem slathering day!!

Biggest eye yesterday went 26 inches on the button. This weather will likely push the traditional fall bite back a few more days. Beautiful weather though!!

Also take note of this Ciscoe/Smelt spit up by a 21 inch walleye. Locating the forage movements is stil the key to anglers success.
