Looked for bigger walleyes in transition areas today. I opted to fan cast Kgrubs with a Perch tiger precision head. Caught several nice slot eyes and some nice pike. Had a beast of a pike put the slip on me boatside after about 5 minutes of following her with the electric. Think it is pretty safe to say it would have been the 3rd 20lb pike this season, but instead is just another one that got away!! Pretty sure that doesn’t count for anything!! LOL!!
