Opener Reports?!

    Hey guys! I would love to hear some opener reports. Been studying for finals all day and can’t wait to get up there and catch some ‘eyes and slabs!!!!

    Check out my post “All I have to say is, UNBELIEVABLE!!!!”…I have a fishing report for Lake of the Woods. The fishing on the lake today was awesome!

    Hey Bill,

    Monster Pike have people afraid to dip fingers in the water right now!! Walleyes are rolling too. Wasn’t a ton of traffic out of the landings yesterday with the mid 30’s and snow, but expect to see more anglers wetting a line today.

    Get those darn tests over so we can get out after them buddy!! I’ll be rolling out a opening weekend report later on tonight!! Have to get out on the water!!

    We were out this morning for a few hours a Larry had the hot hand a 45 and a 41 incher.

    Opening weekend had a little bit of everything. Snow, Rain, Wind and sun!! Would you expect anything else. The fish were very cooperative, and we enjoyed some monster pike and plenty of nice walleyes. Most walleyes were in the slot with only a few eaters. We had our best luck fishing perch patterns for pike, and pitching Pro Blue Paddletails on 1/8 or 3/16 oz. Precision Jigs. All in all great opening weekend!!
