    Hats off to Andy for crossing the eyes of this 16 inch 2lb 4oz. Rainy Lake Super Freak!! Nothing is more rewarding than clients with smiles as big as the fish!! This is a true Trophy Andy!! Look forward to hunting big fish again soon!!

    Andy landed this big slab using a perch tiger patterned “Diamond Jig” from Custom jigs and Spins!!

    Looks can be deceiving…. 26 below zero with a brisk wind in the morning warming up to 3 degrees with a 25 mph steady wind!! Is this March?? I will hold back on anymore Global warming pokes!!

    Yes it is a geat catch and I am going to mount it . Half of catching fish like that is getting to a productive area. I used to think of hiring a guide as sort of cheating , but all it really is , is another tool just like our electrionics or other gear . You still have to make them bite ,and then get them up the hole.
