Ice Road North of Causeway

    Hey Uffda and RD is there a Ice road this year north of the Causeway?? Grandpa is getting restless and wants to go to the cabin. I told him to not be so lazy and WALK!

    Not sure but would guess no because of the slush and deep snow. Conditions are improving some – there’s reportedly a road out to Grindstone in the last week or 2. I haven’t been out of Sand Bay this year!

    Last year I went out from the landing on the causeway by 3 wheeler and there was no road from there but may have been a a road a little north of there. This year I wouldn’t get 10′ off a road with a wheeler.
