Looks like a nice location and “for sure”, some awesome fishing right close by. I’ve driven through there a couple of times over the years. Next time, we’re going to have to make that area our destinations instead of just passing through!

I had a blast fishing with you to buddy!! I’m glad you enjoy exploring new ice together also. I really try hit new areas as much as possible when I’m not with clients. Sometimes as you know those days aren’t hot fishing days, but you ALWAYS come out of it knowing a bit more than before. As it turned out I dropped us right on that deep highway between those two humps. Saw a fair amount of Big fish. Had 2 of the biggest marks I’ve seen ever that I could not get to hit me! GRRRRRRR!! We ended up getting some nice fish. with some nice big ole slots. Biggest fish went 26.5 inches. Dave and his son are staying with you. Dave landed a nice healthy 24, and missed a couple . We missed our share of fish, but not all of them!! LOL!!

I’ll be heading up again soon, probably within the next week or so, be expecting a call shortly kelly!! I’ll be searchin for a 30 inch + lol

Only ice I’ve seen in the past couple days has been in the bottom of my toasting glass, but I’ve had a ton of friends and relatives that came up for the wedding out on the ice. I sent them out in different directions, and they had mixed results. Few big fish were caught, and several eating fish. NOT SURE HOW SERIOUS THE FISHING WAS!! LOL!! They did have a great time though!! Felt funny not being out there with them!! Good Luck to you boys!!
