Vertiglow Lightning Spoons Strike Gold!!

    Got into some Rainy Lake “Black Gold”. Using my H20C we put the Lakemasters chip to good use today finding a nice deep breakline. We immediately started marking lots of suspended baitfish which seems to be the key ingrediant for big walleyes and pike during the hardwater period. The Vertiglow jigging spoons from Custom jigs and spins turning some nice fish!! Biggest walleye went 26.5! Although I am usually a firm believer in tipping these spoons with half a minnow don’t be afraid to hook a full minnow through the back with these spoons giving the crippled minnow crawl. Remember if GLOW is ever important it is essential when snowcover impacts already stained waters. Best fish activity seems to be 8:30-11:00 a.m. UNLESS your Pout hunting!! Yep they like the Vertiglow Low and Slow!!

    Nice fish, what color in the vertiglow has been producing for you? Looks like the lime glow?

    Nice looking eyes Daze! Love the color…..black gold describes them perfectly. Looks like you had a good weather day too

    Yes I was using lime green glow. Seems to be a hot color along with the GLOW RED!! SHHHHH! LOL!! Hey Jeff! Yep it was almost 15 degrees yesterday! Literally coconut drink weather! Time to get up here these fish are getting a bit hungry, and I think I know where breakfast is at!!

    Secret spot, secret lure, secret walleye dance. LOL!! Nice to feel that pounding head shake of those monster walleyes on the little jig sticks!! Hey Touchy I’ll draw you a little map!!
