The “Phantom” net job!!

So we all have experienced the “Phantom” net job. I’m pretty sure if it were in the dictionary which rumor has it is being considered it would go something like this. A very poor, ridiculous whiff at your buddies big fish on not one, but multiple attempts. The Phantom net job will soon find you with less obligations in the boat like “Netting ANY fish” Right Dad? Oh sorry about that… The Phantom Net Job often triggers strange looks followed by muttering under the breath about personal stuff! LOL! FYI If you are in the middle of a fish off with your buddy or a CHAMPIONSHIP like my buddies and I like to have for the next fish DO NOT let anyone give you the Phantom Net Job! Flip it or do it yourself!
