rainy in mid august

    Hello everybody been comin to rainy now for 4 yrs will be there around 20th of august party of seven got a cabin at sha sha could really use some help with the crappies slaughterd the walleye pike and bass last year but no crappies any ideas or GPS cords ?

    Was there that week in Aug last year. We didn’t fish crappies from the info we gathered. Crappies are not the best target then. If you have your heart set on them. I would hire a guide that will allow a follow boat. Split up it would be less than $100 each. My guess is they can be caught. But most guides follow the hot bite to show guests a good time, and a lot of folks are hung up on seeing limits in the box. Good luck with way points to hot spots. You may ask more for areas or types of water to fish. Good luck
