After chasing more Crappies than normal early in the season we we’re back after Rainy Lake wAlleyes yesterday. Caught some nice fish with the biggest taping a solid 25 inches. Those fish are starting to move as winter progresses and the weather looks awesome for chasing them down!! Remember even the biggest and baddest like a somewhat subtle presentation as the oxygen levels fall in the lakes. Chasing eyes again today and after crappies the next.

Nice fish. Life is good when most important decision of the morning is eyes or crappies today?

It’s a tough one and only gets tougher as the season moves along.
