“Shaking the fog out this morning” Rainy Lake/RDGS

    Love having to “Shake the Fog off Rainy Lake” in the fall!! Dates open for slabs this next week if your needing to Scratch the itch!!

    Are you walking on the ice yet? The weather guy said it was 30 degrees up there this morning.

    Don’t think for a second days like this….. aren’t reminding me of days…….Like this….from last December/January!! Guys are heating up the lines to the “Daze Camp” inquiring about First Ice Walleyes so I’m apparently not the only crazy “Ice Head” getting Jacked up to lay barbs to the beast on hardwater!!

    I can attest to the heavy “pea soup” fog on the lake this morning. I had a few extra cups of coffee out of Thunderbird this morning waiting for it to lift. I heard a few brave(possibly ignorant) boaters cruising the lake. Not the best fishing for me this week on Rainy, but still had a blast. I just couldn’t get those walleyes dialed in. Started fishing some current the last few days and did better. Can’t wait until next year. Good seeing you again Chris.

    Great seeing you again Justin. No doubt you caught the transition…….Perfect. It should get dialed in this week of course. LOL!!
