Fishing with you last Tues sure made the rest of the trip great. My wife has never been much for sitting in the middle of a lake, bouncing up and down til she ate some of those deep water walleyes .After that she was sitting in the boat with her jigging rod and 3/16 B-Fishing jig looking for half a crawler every morning. She actually schooled me for a while Thurs.am.
Not sure why they call it Rainy Lake,we look like we spent a week in the Bahamas. Anyone going to Rainy, esp.for the first time. The day with Chris was very well spent. He definitely has the keys to their front door.
My wife was wondering what to fix with our last bag of fish and our depleted ice box Fri night when we came back to the dock for the night. Wish you could have seen her face when I told her to grab the bag. We have reservations for 6:30 at Thunderbird Lodge. Fresh walleye and tollhouse pie. Could someone please help me walk back to my boat!
Thanks again Chris. Can’t wait till we can do it again.

Chris’s passion for fishing, Rainy Lake, and having a good time is contagious. Way to go Chris another convert to the Rainy Lake flock.

I’ve never been to Rainy, but based solely on Chris’ reports and happy customers, we think we want to spend our retirement summers on Rainy. Now to just get through the next 14 years and keep that 401k growing…

Oh, I forgot. Thanks also for a good case of “sonar envy”. Had to set a little closer to my 798 when I got back in my boat. But it got the job done. You’re blue dots were better than mine though.Good to have home court.
