Bankers Beatdown…….Rainy Lake

    We dealt with a minor cold front yesterday morning seemingly slowing the fish down. Fish were a bit touchy as we only boated 3 slot fish until about noon. THEN from noon until 4pm we proceeded to lay the “Bankers Beatdown” on the Rainy Lake Walleyes. We landed about 30 Walleyes over 20 inches. Biggest fish taped just over 26 inches. What a fun day!! It’s days like yesterday that anglers need to remember “Chin up and Line Down”. Stay on those good fish an keep “Dangling the Carrot”.

    Great way to finish off a tough start! We had a great trip, fun ride, and good company After a wild ride of borderland weather the fishing was as good as anyone could want Thanks for everything

    The afternoon was Walleye redemption Marc!! Had a great time with you boys and look forward to our next adventure.
