Skitter Walking Giant Smallmouth!!

    I must admit that a Smallmouth blowing up on a Skitter Walk from Rapala may very well be one of the most exciting bites on Rainy Lake. Over the last week the big Bronzebacks of these stained waters have simply gone BASS **** Crazy!! On this particular day Chris shows off a couple dandies he laced up on the Skitter Walk. These fish were actively scooping up mayflies simply everywhere. We knew where 10-15 beds were located in this particular area, but could only get bit with the the tight side to side action of this bait.

    So little time men, but the Smallies……..ON LIKE DONKEY KONG!!

    Great fish Chris!! So much fun sharing the boat with you and your dad!!
