Bait near kobetogama?

    Tomarrow we are putting at the ash river visitors center.
    Where is a good place to buy bait before we get there?

    Also any recommendations, minnows, crawlers, leeches?

    Hwy 53 and cr 122 or gamma rd there is a bait store. Can’t miss it. There is a huge walleye out front. Leaches or rainbows if they have them. Otherwise fatheads are good too. There is also another bait store down gamma rd a couple miles too.

    there is also a store with bait at the corner of 53 and the ash river trail. jim’s ash river store…not as charming as the store on the corner of 122…but will save you 20 miles since your heading up the ash river trail anyway.
