3 Gray Wolves “ON ICE”

    Just brought a group of anglers out on the ice and followed 3 Gray Wolves off an ice road. They came directly from a group of lake homes and past a couple of my hard shacks! WOWSER!! They ARE BIG!!

    Fun to see. They were running too fast and the truck was a bit bumpy heading across the snow drifts. I will admit I did try snap a pic!! LOL!!

    Boys are doing well this morning. Few 12-13 inch eaters, 17.5, 22.5 and 23 when I left the house to run a couple errands.

    BTW when coming back off the ice I saw 12 deer around the homes just off the ice where the wolves came from.

    Tasty little dogs and cats are easier to catch than deer.

    Wolves are crazy. A friend watched a pack of 5 wolves take down a deer up on Whitefish Bay on LOW earlier this month. He said it was eerily cool and freaky.
