Take care of your White Pine

    Each year I feed a good portion of Minnesota’s Deer population our White Pines. I do believe with the winter blanket of “Mother Nature” they often mistake them for some sort of wild Green Popsicle. Either way I put my foot down this year and SNOWFENCED THEM!! I love majestic white pine and would prefer to see one grow to large proportions. A few minutes ago I saw this little rascal who seemed a bit taken back at this tastey treat being out of reach.

    I hollered at him after the snapshot……..NOT THIS YEAR PAL!! I don’t know for sure if he understood my bantering.

    I’m sure my wife has this little visitor named. Fortunately for me to keep the peace between my wife and I our small crw of hunters chases deer miles away from our backyard friends.

    Looks like they got the bigger one trimmed up for ya already! So what happens when you get your 3ft of snow and the fence becomes only knee high

    Geez Ben way to……SNOW on my Parade.

    Yeah they trimmed the big one, and I just helped tidy it up a bit.

    Tonight would be a great night across the state of Minnesota to be in a bow stand. Deer definatley can sense a weather change is on the horizon.

    Well they wouldn’t be that close is you didn;t feed them with all that corn in the garbage can.LOL

    LOL!! I’m not sure if they eat “Boiler ashes” or not.
