I think I heard it close to 100 times prior to transforming this hardcore angler to a “Northoods Rancher”. Frankly for a typical guy that is probably about par for having a message trickle through to our internal processing centers. I must admit the “Queens” horse if pretty darn cool!! I do believe we are bonding well. Heck the otherday I even dug deep into my manhood to get the courage to touch the horse with Cheryl not even holding my hand!! Don’t mean to brag.
Yes sir we BOTH have horses now!! Her “4 Legged” motor burns hay and my “4 Stroke” burns gas! Seems fair. Must admit we both smile each morning and again each night. Tough to put pricetags on smiles these days.
Thank you “Sho Time” for carrying a heavy than average load during our 2011 guide season. I suspect as I picked you up from the SBC this spring you figured you’d only be expected to deliver as a normal weekend warriors companion. SILLY SILLY!! I’ve Demanded a lot from you and still you continue to deliver all and more that I can possibly ask from a guide boat. Thank you also to that truly handsome Buckskin named “Stress” for making my wife the happiest girl in Ifalls!
Moral of the story seems simple……Buying your wife a horse and visiting the SBC is a beautiful recipe for happiness……..EVERYONE IS A WINNER!! Heck the “Fishing Queen” thinks we need to add the all new “MX” series to our guide boat line up for next season. Sheesh…….Probably a ploy for another horse…..I’m such a “sucker”.
