Fishing with the Band!!

    Had the pleasure to fish with a few of the band members from “Pop Rocks” who played at Sha-Sha resort this last Saturday night. As always they simply rocked the Resort all the way into Voyageurs National Park!! My hat’s off to Jeff and Jodi as they brought this outstanding band here to IFALLS for all to enjoy!! Two of the band members had us take them out to “Rock” some Rainy Lake walleyes today. What a great time!! Few Big girls and a beautiful 12 fish limit of 15.5 to 16 3/4 inch walleyes. For those of you looking for a great band or those of you planning around Sha-Sha’s band schedule for next years stay at Sha-Sha resort……….DO NOT overlook Pop Rocks!!     I have seen them and they do put on a real great show. And now I find out they have good taste in fishing as well.

    Saw them at the Half Time Rec a few years ago. Great band! I like them even better now.
