12 days of…….FISHING!!

    Boys we’ve got 12 days of summer fishing left and then here at the “Daze Camp” we’ve got 45 days of simply some of the best open water fishing of the 2011 season!! The Rainy lake fish have been “Eatin good in the Neighborhood” this summer and I expect to see our normal big girls of September and October to have even more girth!!

    Get yourself in for a few days this fall. Crappies are going to go soon!! Big walleyes are already becoming much more common. Heck line up a few buddies and join the IDO crew on the Houseboat this September!! Whatever trips your trigger……BRING ON FALL FISHING!!

    This memorable day of the fall of 2010 brings back very fond memories. Seems everything was HUGE!! 4 trophies that day and 2 hit the wall for some great customers. Pack you bibs, bring your camera, and set the hook like you mean it. Hook sets remain free!! There is no better time for your PB than September/October here on Rainy lake!!

    Hey Chris….I think you and I should switch jobs for a week, you have it way too good in IFalls. Come to the big city, not duluth for a week and I will handle fishing.

    6:24 am and your not on the water!! Cals right you need a taste of the reel wait REAL world Awsome fish pal December cant come soon enuff! Well I geuss the rut cant come fast enuff, but december will be nice too

    There is little chance I’d be willing to leave “God’s Country” for even a couple days in the “Hustle and Bustle” of the real world Cal. However as a fellow Ice staffer if your at your breaking point give me a holler. I might be able to slip you in a compartment for a day or 2.

    Today started with that crisp feeling in the air. Had a group out of Sha-Sha resort for a 1/2 day trip. Mother nature had good ole Rainy Like all whipped up. ended up boating around 20 eyes with the biggest rolling in at 24 inches.

    September-BIG WALLEYES/CRAPPIES
    October-BIG WALLEYES/CRAPPIES/RUFFED GROUSE
    November-BIG BUCKS
    December-Ice Show/BIG WALLEYES/PIKE

    That’s my schedule and yes it is a daunting task I’ll admit, but someone has to do it.
