The “Ultimate” experience…Rainy Lake Houseboats!

    The other morning as I headed out with on my personal guide trip we drove motored past the “Chairman” from Rainy Lake Houseboats. A few of my buddies were on top of this magnificent vessel as they were guiding for the customers on board. This may very well be the ultimate in luxury for groups looking to really do it up in style while fishing Rainy lake.

    The “Chairman” comes with your own Captain, fishing guides and Chef!! Obviously your responsibility is left to catching elite caliber fish!! Beyond that this floating……….HOTEL is simply amazing. I snapped this picture as we drove by to share with our IDO members. I do know these trips are pre-booked far in advance. If you have a group that is looking for something with a bit more “Splash” this comes highly recommended!!

    Although I’ve been fortunate enough to experience a few trips on a Rainy Lake Houseboat I’ve yet to set sail on the “Chairman”. James and I filmed a show off the “Lady Of the Lake” a couple years ago which was we both felt was truly luxurious. James wife Cheryl and my wife Cheryl soaked up the rays and scenery of Voyageurs National Park while sitting on top of the Houseboat in the hot tub sipping wine!! I believe on several occassions words were muttered “It TRULY doesn’t get any better than THIS!!

    Regardless of your groups aspirations from the standard boat from Rainy Lake Houseboats all the way to the “Chairman” you simply cannot go wrong. From a guides perspective we call in to Rainy Lake houseboats to locate your boat locations after you tie up. Your wake up call the next morning can be the purr of my 300hp “SHO” at your backdoor!!
