We took a break mid-day from our Walleye/Pike fishing to chase some Crappies. Wind started cracking but we were reading 65 degrees surface temp. You really needed to be on your game with the light tackle and wind. BIG BIG slabs invaded ome of the submerged rock piles that also like to eat anglers motors. Water seems to be down a foot or so now. We pitched 1/16 oz. Flu-Flus from CJS. Biggest slabs reached 14 inches and THICK!! Kept enough for a meal!!

Very nice. Your killing me with these fish photo’s.

I hope we can get on some of these fish in less than a week.

I cannot get there fast enough. next Thursday morning at 4:45 will seem like forever.

Hopin’ those slabs stick around for a couple weeks. I’m hoping to get the FW on some slabs on our maden RLHB and RainyDaze / SHOtime trip .

Counting down the days. T-minus 16 days and counting….
